Accessibility and ADA:

PARKING

ADA Parking is available on-site located towards the front of the parking lot and amphitheater driveway. All parking is first come, first served, so guests are encouraged to arrive as early as possible to ensure availability. We always encourage you to reach out as early as you can for the most up to date information.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome inside our venue! "Service Animals" are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Animals or pets that are not service animals are not allowed without prior written approval from the Brushy Creek Amphitheater. Sound levels above 70db are dangerous for your animals hearing and can lead to perminant damange. Please bring ear protection for your furry friend!

Bathrooms

Accessible restrooms can be found throughout the venue. ADA restrooms are located along with the standard restrooms on the left and right side of the crowd.

Sign Language Interpretor

By request, The Amphitheater will provide sign language interpretation services, subject to availability. These services should be requested by emailing info@brushycreekamp.com at least three weeks prior to an event.

MAY I BRING A WHEELCHAIR INTO THE GENERAL ADMISSION AREAS?

Guests in wheelchairs with General Admission tickets are allowed in the Pit. While there is not reserved seating in this area, we do recommend positioning your chair along the back or side walls. Please note that wheelchairs cannot block any aisles, right-of-ways, or fire lanes.

AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY NON-ADA TICKET FOR AN ADA TICKET?

Please contact AXS or the original point of purchase to request a ticket exchange. Exchanges for ADA tickets must be made in advance and are based on availability only.
