Attention Central Texas! Grab your neighbors and your family for a day of holiday fun and shopping! On Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021, enjoy local performances and FREE outdoor activities including snow sledding, train rides, caricatures, local small business vendors and artisans, food trucks, live music performances (to be announced), and even photos with Santa and his Christmas friends! 


Are tickets required?

     Tickets are FREE but should be reserved in advance; click here. Tickets can be printed at home or saved to a mobile device to be scanned upon arrival.

What is the event schedule?

     This event is on Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021. Gates, shopping, and many activities open at 10 a.m. Photos with Santa are 11 am to 3 pm. Live music schedule to be announced. Event ends at 4 pm.

Where do I park?

     Parking is free. It’s first-come, first served to park on-site at the amphitheater. Overflow parking will be announced.  

Can outside food and beverages be brought in?

     Water will be provided free of charge. Food and beverages will be available for purchase by area businesses. Guests cannot bring in their own food and drinks. 

What can I bring into the event?

     This event has a clear bag policy; there are no size limits, but only one clear bag is allowed per person.  You can bring in lawn-chairs and wagons – but no coolers please.  Pets are not allowed, other than certified service animals.

     Handguns are not permissible. Pursuant to Section 30.06 Penal Code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun) and Section 30.07 Penal Code (trespass by a license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411 Government Code (Handgun License Law) may not enter this property with a concealed handgun or a handgun that is carried openly.

Will restrooms be available?

     Yes, portable toilets with hand sanitizing stations will be available.

What other safety information should I keep in mind?

     A First Aid tent will be available near the main entrance for those with medical needs.

     Should a family/group become separated, go directly to the First Aid tent and alert the officer.

     An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists at any public event. COVID-19 is an extremely dangerous disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, unvaccinated people, seniors, and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Brushy Creek Amphitheater, you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 and its variants.
