Box Office & Ticketing
AXS Tickets is the official ticketing service provider for Brushy Creek Amphitheater. The venue cannot confirm the validity of tickets from other sources.
Box Office Hours:
Box office and Will Call will open two hours before doors.
Please Note: Brushy Creek Amphitheater is a cashless venue! New ticket purchases for future shows are available at the Box Office via credit and debit only.
Box Office Location:
The Box Office is located at the entry gate of the amphitheater.
Ticket Purchases:
A valid ID is required for all credit and debit card transactions.
The Box Office only sells tickets in person and cannot accept phone or email orders. To purchase tickets online, visit axs.com.

Will Call
Will Call is located at the Box Office. Will Call tickets can be picked up approximately two hours before gates open on the day of the ticketed show. The person whose name is on the account must be present and show their photo ID in order to pick up tickets. The Box Office cannot release tickets to anyone whose name does not appear on the account, and cannot make name changes over the telephone.
ADA Tickets
Accessible seating may be purchased in person at the venue Box Office or online at AXS.com. Guests purchasing accessible seating may purchase up to three additional tickets for their companions. For Additional ADA information visit the ADA Information Page.
ADA Parking
ADA Parking is available on-site located towards the front of the parking lot and amphitheater entryway. All parking is first come, first served, so guests are encouraged to arrive as early as possible to ensure availability. We always encourage you to reach out as early as you can for the most up to date information. See the map for more details!
Minor Entry Policy
Admission for minors varies per event, however, generally, children under two years of age are free if sitting on an adult’s lap. Be sure to check with the Box Office regarding specific events.
Re-Entry
Brushy Creek Amphitheater has a no re-entry policy. For emergencies or special requests, please speak with a guest services representative prior to leaving the venue during an event.
Refunds or Exchanges
If an event is postponed, rescheduled or canceled, refunds are available at your point of purchase.
If you purchased tickets at the venue Box Office and would like a refund for a postponed, rescheduled, or canceled event, you will need to bring the following items:
- Your tickets
- Proof of purchase
- Credit card used to purchase the tickets
If your event was rescheduled, you have up to 30 days prior to the new date to request a refund.
If a purchase was made in error, or there is a death, military duty, or other exteniuating circumstance, please use the AXS call center, live chat feature via AXS.com, or email tickets@brushycreekamp.com for assistance
Scalpers and 3rd Party Tickets
Ticket scalpers and brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of Brushy Creek Amphitheater and the validity of these tickets is not guaranteed. Purchasing tickets from any source other than AXS or the venue Box Office is done so at the buyer's risk.
Any concert attendee who, knowingly or unknowingly, gains entry using invalid tickets will be subject to eviction without compensation. Guests are welcome to purchase replacement tickets based upon availability.
